Артур Колдомасов / Artur Koldomasov
He is a Non-Resident Fellow at the Global Governance Institute in Brussels. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies from the National University of "Ostroh Academy" (Ukraine) and a Master's degree in Journalism and Public Communications from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (Poland). Arthur has also studied international relations during exchanges at the University of Warsaw (Poland) and Grand Valley State University (USA) as a finalist of the Global UGRAD program.
He has extensive experience as a Senior Fellow at the ADASTRA Think Tank and as a Disinformation Analyst at Detector Media. In addition, he has completed six internships related to diplomacy, international politics, journalism and security. In particular, he interned at the House of Commons of Canada, the Permanent Mission of the Holy See to International Organizations in Vienna, the Embassy of Ukraine to the United States, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. He also has experience in political and diplomatic consulting for various institutions and organizations. Currently, Artur has completed two full-length projects - a policy brief "U.S. Foreign Policy Towards Ukraine: Problems and Solutions" and the book "The Vienna Spirit: The Efficiency of International Organizations in a Modern Era". Currently, he actively cooperates with various Ukrainian and foreign media and research institutions, such as the Transatlantic Dialogue Center (Ukraine) and The Hill Times (Canada).
Arthur has been with Volt Ukraine since its inception in 2022 as Policy and Communications Co-Lead. Later that year, he moved to the pan-European level as Media Relations Co-Lead, where he worked until 2023.
