With a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to community building and support, 52-year-old Henk stands out for his dedication to the Volt movement, especially in the context of Russia's aggression against Ukraine. He has held several key positions in Volt Gelderland (the Dutch province), including project manager, campaigns and events manager, demonstrating his ability to effectively implement large initiatives. He also worked as a campaign manager for politician Sanne van der Lugt.

His work is also closely related to Ukrainian refugees. For more than two years now, Henk has played an important role in organizing the Stand by Ukraine event in the Netherlands, emphasizing his commitment to supporting the Ukrainian cause.

The main goal of his efforts is to create and strengthen communities in all countries where Volt operates, with a special focus on supporting Ukrainian refugees. By building a strong Volt Ukraine community, Hank aims to not only provide immediate support and solidarity, but also ensure long-term engagement and assistance.
